Small but consequential change to breath recovery rule: Requires resting "awhile" (currently interpreted at facilitator's discretion, though I picture at least several minutes doing nothing but sitting and catching your breath) rather than “a moment.” Cooperation rules plus quick breath recovery made it too likely before that you could steamroll over every obstacle with minimal cost.
