Orbital Decay v1.3
Version 1.3 of Orbital Decay updates the stress effect table and advancement rule. Now all stress effects are fleeting, "dread insights" are much more likely, and advancement is simply based on completing the scenario (which was implicit in previous versions).
This update is a response to comments during play indicating that the previous stress rules were effectively gamifying post-traumatic stress disorder. That wasn't my intent, but the criticism is spot-on. I'm genuinely sorry for that, and apologize in particular to anyone who may have been hurt or upset by the earlier version.
