The latest 2400 upload isn't a full game, but it's actually the first 2400 document I ever wrote: Emergency Rules is a long-form version of the rules, GM principles, and player principles. Of course, in this game, "long-form" means it takes up the entire layout (two sides of a letter-sized page, minus cover) rather than just one column. I'm hoping it clarifies some things that might be a little confusing for first-timers. Please let me know if you have other questions or points of confusion I should address!
