Caught a couple more errors, responded to a couple more requests

• Black and white version no longer has any purple in it, now uses gray on cover to save you some ink.
• Synth-skin was kind of redundant with "cyber-skin," and placing it on every limb individually seemed needlessly expensive to players. Now you can buy a synth-skin upgrade once for your whole body.
• Androids rephrased closer back to 1.0 version to prevent confusion, but more clearly phrased to reflect actual intent. Compared to 1.0, androids now get one less skill boost, but can sacrifice multiple parts of their body to prevent being killed.

Sorry to update so much in such a short period! Already working on the next 2400 game, though, and hoping to get that up soon.
